Dear Students and Parents of the KHHS Band,

The auditions for the 2023 Sydney North Public Schools Band Program (formerly Arts Alive) are now open!

The Sydney North Public Schools Band Program offers the opportunity for primary and secondary students to join the program.

The ensembles provide maximum opportunity for training and performance of the highest quality for young aspiring instrumentalists from government schools.

We have 3 ensembles, Concert Band (AMEB 2+ or equivalent, conducted by Lemin Luu), Symphonic Band (AMEB 4+ or equivalent, conducted by Lemin Luu), and the Jazz Ensemble (AMEB 3+ or equivalent, conducted by Tim Collins).

All rehearsals are held at Belrose Primary School:
Concert Band – Monday 5:00 – 6:30
Symphonic Band – Wednesday 6:00 – 7:30
Jazz Ensemble – Monday 6:30 – 7:45
