REMINDER: REGISTRATION FORMS FOR 2023 DUE TODAY!!

Dear Ensembles Program Members,

Please find attached your INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC REGISTRATION FORMS for Enrolment in 2023.

These forms we need filled out and returned include:

*Registration Form 2023
*Excursion & Permission Consent Form
*Payment Forms
*Code of Conduct Form (to be signed by both a parent and the student)

The attached registration package covers everything you would need to know about participating in the Instrumental music ensembles program.

Please consider your wishes and involvement in KHHS Ensembles Program for next year and return your child(ren’s) Registration Forms no later than – Monday 21 November 2022.

Completed Ensemble Registration Forms to be returned to the Green Payments Letter Box outside the A Block front office window.

Please make sure to fill out forms for each child you have who wants to participate in our program (ie: two students= two registration forms)

Payment for the year’s commitment to the Ensembles Program to follow, at the start of the New Year and finalised no later than 3rd March, Week 6 of Term 1, 2023. Invoices will be sent to all Registered Ensemble Members at the start of 2023.
