Dear Instrumental Ensembles Program (IMEP) Members,

We hope this message finds you well and ready for another fantastic year of musical exploration. As we gear up for 2024, we extend a special invitation to you for our IMEP Open Week from Monday February 5th, to Friday February 9th.

While the week is primarily designed to welcome new Year 7 students to our ensembles, existing IMEP members can attend any Concert Band, Guitar Ensemble, Stage Band or Chamber Orchestra rehearsal during this week. Join us for a closer look at what’s in store for 2024 and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow musicians, meet our dedicated conductors, and explore the continued growth within our ensembles.

Schedule for IMEP Open Week:

• Monday, Feb 5th: Concert Band – 7:20 am in A7 Drama Room
• Tuesday, Feb 6th: Stage Band – 2:30 pm in A7 Drama Room or the hall foyer
• Wednesday, Feb 7th: Concert Band – 7:20 am in A7 Drama Room
• Thursday, Feb 8th: Guitar Ensemble – 3:15 pm in A7 Drama Room or the hall foyer
• Friday, Feb 9th: Chamber Ensemble – 7:20 am in A7 Drama Room

Feel free to attend any rehearsal that resonates with you. It’s a great opportunity to share your experience with new members and look forward to the exciting year ahead.
