Truck to arrive at school @ 3:00pm
Stage Band to assist packing the track from 3:00pm-3:30pm

ALL STUDENTS ARRIVE AT CHATSWOOD RSL CLUB IN FULL BAND UNIFORM AT 5:00pm
All students (and any parents available to assist) to help with unloading the truck, and loading into the club and setting up the performance space.

ALL STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE PERFORMANCE – THE PERFORMANCE ORDER OF THE ENSEMBLES WILL NOT BE ANNOUNCED UNTIL THE PERFORMANCE COMMENCES

Performance commences: 6:30pm
Performance concludes: 8:30pm

All students (and any parents available to assist) to help with packing up the truck. It is also important to have as many parents as possible back at the school to assist with loading equipment from the track back into the school. “Many hands make light work!”
