Please find attached our permission note and details for our “End of Year Concert” at the Forestville RSL Club, with ALL ENSEMBLES performing. The event is planned for out on the Pickets, however, in the case of wet weather, it will be relocated to the Flight Deck, upstairs at the RSL.

All of our KHHS Ensembles will perform alongside some invited guest ensembles.

Itinerary:

Tuesday 13th December following end of school day

2.30-3.30pm – As many as possible, Ensemble Program Members- parents and students help pack the truck with instruments for the evening’s performance, following the end of the school day. Please meet at the Hall at 2.30pm, many
hands make light work.

5:00pm Truck to arrive at Forestville RSL, ALL STUDENTS TO ARRIVE independently and assist with truck unpacking and instrument set up. Conductors arrive.

6pm Ensemble Performers warm up and then position for performance- ensembles waiting for performance wait on balcony always seated;

6.30pm Performance Commences
